Barry has had a keen interest politics for many years. Barry was a builder for most of his career. He also ran a bed & breakfast for seven years. Barry is now an experienced and accredited Tour Guide, who delights in showcasing Albany's natural beauty, iconic sites and history.

Barry holds Diplomas in Tour Guiding, Food and Wine Service, Coach Management, and First Aid.
