Introduction to SAP
Sustainable Australia Party is an independent community movement with an evidence-based approach to policy. Not left. Not right.
We are the only political party to put our environment first - and therefore our health, economy and quality of life.
Sustainable Australia Party contests local, state and federal elections. Our #EnvironmentFirst plan:
Stop corruption (including in politics, planning and development)
Stop overdevelopment (including housing sprawl and high-rise)
Stabilise population (mainly by returning annual permanent immigration to normal)
And much more, including a $500+pw UBI. See Policies.

Contributions to costs
Depending on the election (or by-election) SAP may require funding from candidates to help cover costs, particularly nomination fees or part thereof. Contributions will differ depending on the election, nomination fee and the level of campaign support and materials requested by the candidate. If you are a 'passive' candidate we still ask that you make a tax-deductible donation towards the nomination fee. Candidates that achieve a primary vote of 4 per cent or more can choose to have their nomination fee refunded.
