This will be the last meeting of the year before we come out strong in 2020, gaining momentum for the 2020 local government elections in September. As per usual, we're hoping to secure a Blue Mountains candidate for our party, so we'll be open to suggestions and nominations, according to party protocol. We'll also be discussing some events needed to get things moving in 2020. Look forward to catching up with all members and guests. Kind regards Luke Dwyer
This will be the second SAP Gold Coast branch meeting and a good opportunity for members to get to know each other and discuss local issues and concerns. With the state and local government elections coming up in 2020 it is a pivotal time to look at ways to expand SAP membership in Queensland and look at ways to get representation.
The meeting will be held at the Bavarian in ROBINA so we can have a coffee, beer or snack as we discuss our plans. Don’t forget to RSVP. It would be good to know how many people are attending so I can book a big enough table.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or suggestions.
