Please help Sustainable Population Party to letterbox 50,000 business cards in one big 'May Day' national event.

When? Sunday, 3 May 2015

9:00am - Café meet & greet

9:30am - Leave in pairs to letterbox 500 homes

11:45am - Re-group for de-brief and lunch

Where? ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA

These events will be held in targeted electorates in Australia's eight capital cities, as follows:

  • ACT – Fraser | (9am & 11:45am) Debacle @ 24 Lonsdale St, Braddon.
  • NSW – Warringah | (9am) Ground Zero café @ 2/18 Sydney Road, Manly NSW 2095. (11:45am) New Brighton Hotel @ 71 The Corso, Manly.
  • NT – Solomon | (9am & 11:45am) Ducks Nuts @ 76 Mitchell Street, Darwin.
  • QLD – Brisbane | (9am) Au Cirque café @ 3/618 Brunswick St, New Farm. (11:45am) Brunswick Hotel @ 569 Brunswick St, New Farm.
  • SA – Adelaide | (9am & 11:45am) Caffe Primo @ Shop 50-52/264 Main North Rd, NorthPark Shopping Centre, Prospect.
  • TAS – Denison | (9am) Machine Laundry Café @ 12 Salamanca Sq, Battery Point. (11:45am) Irish Murphy's @ 21 Salamanca Pl, Hobart.
  • VIC – Melbourne Ports | (9am) Dimattina Coffee @ 173 Clarendon St, South Melbourne. (11:45am) Rising Sun Hotel @ 2 Raglan St, South Melbourne.
  • WA – Curtin | (9am & 11:45am) Ocean Beach Hotel @ Cnr Eric St and Marine Pde, Cottesloe.

    Dario, A general flyer could be mass printed, with a section left blank for the details of the event. The details could then be printed on home printers using a template by the letterbox deliver. Say we have 2000 flyers, 10 people 200 each, it wouldn’t take too much ink !!

    I agree with Andrew the delivery needs to be a larger size format. It doesn’t need to be a big, folded A4 one though, it could be A5 or a wide bookmark size. Timing deliveries for a particular event means that there will be wastage if not all the flyers are delivered by a certain time. It could however be general as in “you might like to come along to one of our quarterly…”

    Lettter boxing Business cards is a good first step, however I think it would be more effective to letter box Pamphlets inviting the public to attend an event, to find out more information about the party and its policies.
