Unlike the Liberals, Nationals, Labor, Greens, One Nation and Teals, SAP tackles all the major supply and demand-side issues to sustainably solve the housing crisis, stop over-development, and protect our local environments and communities.

SAP's housing plan will deliver:

  • Slower migration
  • More social housing

Canterbury candidate - Dylan Foster

Dylan is a Governance, Risk and Compliance professional with five years of experience helping organisations improve decision-making, accountability, and performance. He holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Technology Sydney and has lived in Earlwood for more than a decade, giving him a strong connection to the local community.

Dylan joined the Sustainable Australia Party because of its independent approach to politics and commitment to practical, evidence-based policy. Passionate about improving housing affordability for younger Australians, he supports measures to reduce the cost of building new homes and make government more efficient. Dylan is committed to practical reforms that make Australia more affordable, prosperous, and well-governed for future generations.
