North Shore candidate - Lachlan Commins

My name is Lachlan Commins and I have been a local resident in the lower North Shore for virtually all of my life. I am a lawyer working in North Sydney for my own practice, Lachlan Commins Legal.

My wife and I have been married since 2007 and we have one 15-year-old son, Ralph, who is in year 10 at Mosman High School, and before that at Mosman Primary School since kindergarten. I am a keen runner and you will find me most week-day afternoons and early evenings sweating on the treadmill at Mosman Fitness First. I also volunteer once a fortnight on Saturday morning for Mosman Bushcare Regeneration. I am passionate about the natural environment and also our built environment heritage which is so critical to maintaining and protecting our cherished way of life and our community.

I am running for the SAP because I believe it is the only party which completely aligns with my values. It has practical and realistic solutions to the current problems of overdevelopment and environmental destruction.
