I am going to go to University of WA this Thursday and see how much response I get from students re the rally and to speak with them about SAP. Below is a summary of the release of the Report from WORLD SCIENTISTS last night 7\5\19 It states: 1 Million species are on the verge of Extinction.

1 in 8 plant or marine life is under threat by Human Activity.

    Driving this problem is

    Pollution & Population growth.

We must change the way we produce and consume everything. Sustainable Australia Party is the only party that has the Vision and Policies to prevent our looming Environmental and Ecological disaster.

I think all candidates need to be talking with voters about how Sustainable Australai is the only party with the solution to the population problem that is now proven to be causing massive extinction of species at thousands times than ever before.

Also the youth vote is very powerful. Can I suggest that candidates Australia wide start going to all the Universities and higher education facilities and talking with students.

Please come along to the Carine Fair on Sunday and talk to me about how you feel the Party should be handling the run up to the Federal election for the Senate ticket in WA. Our stall is number 49 and will run 1000 – 1600 hrs

hi all Sustainables. If you want to come to the BBQ on Sunday 25th @ 1 pm, please tell me accurately so that I can get the food ready without potential waste. I will have various options available including vegetarian. I will say a few words announcing our our campaign for a Senate run in 2019. The campaign will be quite different from the byelection. But we still need to get the word out anyway we can. Cheers, Col.

    Hello all!

Colin Scott has stepped forward as an excellent candidate to represent Sustainable Australia at the upcoming by-election.

You can see more about Colin’s considerable achievements and qualifications here.
I know that many of you have donated to the party in the past and are willing to support this effort with cash or in kind. Now is the time.

We are holding a coordination meeting at Cranked Cafe in Oxford Street Leederville on Sunday the 24th :

    2.30pm – 4.00pm @ Cranked (Oxford St, Leederville).

To schedule a letterbox run across all suburbs within the electoral boundary.

Colin is planning to present himself to voters at strategic shopping centres over the coming weeks.
It would be great if he had one or two people to stand with him to show support and offer flyers to passers-by.

Greg Brennan has kindly offered to put up Party signs and other can assist him or help by placing core-flute signs in strategic locations where they will not be taken down.

Colin will bring street maps and highlighter pens.
Helpers will be asked to do a scheduled letterboxing at their own convenience. Approx 500 flyers each translates to 4 hours.

Please. This is the time for SAP to show that it cares about a future for our kids.

Come-on Perth! Let’s grab the initiative while the topic of sustainable living and a sustainable population for Australia is in almost every newspaper and amongst the top topics for leaders to discuss. We must do better and voters will be looking for us this time.

    Hi All,

We will be holding the next Perth meet-up on Sunday 10 June from 3 – 5pm.

Federal party president William Bourke will be in attendance to discuss the upcoming Perth and Fremantle federal by-elections. Here is a link to the Facebook page event:

It will include an outline of our campaign strategy covering our four key campaign issues:

    - Secure jobs (in a more diverse economy)
    - Affordable housing
    - Better planning
    - A sustainable environment

We hope to see you there!

Coffee and letterboxing ahead of possible Fremantle by-election.

Let’s meet on Sunday 8 April at 3-4pm where a table for 10 is booked up on mezzanine level at Clancy’s Fish Pub Canning Bridge, 903 Canning Highway, Applecross. Would be keen to hear from those willing to step up as a candidate, either at a by-election or next year’s Federal event. I’ll have a pile of flyers and those willing can walk them around the suburb for an hour or so. Time is right as concern grows about overdevelopment.

Due to Easter, the April monthly local networking meet-up will be on the SECOND Sunday of the month (8/4/18) at 3pm. Would anyone like to propose a venue? SA

Both Colin and I will be out of town this Sunday the 4th of March as we have a long weekend in Perth

Let’s aim for a gathering after Easter on 8th of April at Cranked Cafe in Oxford street Leederville. At this time we can arrange a meeting to set a strategy for the remainder of 2018.

    Current approaches:

    • Letter writing
    • Stalls?
    • Attending events & conferences and networking
    • Maybe time is good for hire a hall and do a presentation – perhaps in Subiaco?

Please bring your ideas and energy to the task.

The party is gaining a lot of airplay.

Have a look at the Sustainable Australia Facebook and twitter presence and go to www.macrobusiness.com.au to follow the work of Leith Van Onselen.
